Job Description: Office Administrator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. General Administrative Support:

Answer incoming phone calls and handle inquiries promptly and professionally.

Respond to emails and ensure correspondence is managed efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

2. Record Management:

Update and manage office records and files, both physical and digital.

Ensure documentation is accurate and securely stored.

3. Mailroom Duties:

Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.

Coordinate courier services and manage deliveries.

4. Customer Interaction:

Take customer orders in person and over the phone.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and delivery timelines.

5. Scheduling Deliveries:

Arrange and confirm delivery slots for customers.

Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate service.

Working Hours:

Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

One Saturday per month (schedule to be arranged in advance).

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Friendly and professional demeanor.

Previous administrative experience is an advantage but not essential.
